Electric Elton

The Music & Legacy of Elton John

Electric Elton captures the energy, flamboyance and extraordinary musical brilliance of Elton John at the height of his legendary 1970s era.

Featuring a sensational live band, dazzling costumes, dynamic dancers and stunning multimedia - Electric Elton captures the excitement and theatrical spirit of Elton John at the height of his 1970’s vocal power and energy!

Led by acclaimed vocalist and pianist Sean Trombley, Electric Elton is a spectacular live concert experience that captures the energy, emotion, flamboyance and extraordinary musical brilliance of Elton John at the height of his legendary 1970s era. This is far more than a tribute — it is a celebration of the music, the memories and the unmistakable magic of an artist whose songs have become part of the soundtrack of our lives.

From the tenderness of Your Song and Tiny Dancer, to the soaring emotion of Rocket Man and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, to the irresistible energy of Crocodile Rock, Bennie and the Jets and Saturday Night’s Alright for Fighting, Electric Elton delivers the songs audiences know by heart—and the moments they came to relive.

Backed by a sensational live band and elevated by dazzling costumes, dynamic dancers, stunning multimedia and spectacular production, Electric Elton recreates the excitement and theatrical spirit of Elton John’s classic concerts. From the first note to the final encore, audiences are transported to an era when Elton ruled the charts, sold out arenas and transformed the concert stage into an unforgettable celebration of music and spectacle.

For Sean Trombley, this journey began long before Electric Elton ever took the stage. As a child he was captivated by Elton John’s music and determined to learn the piano — but when his teacher refused to teach him the sheet music he had found for Crocodile Rock, he quit his lessons and taught himself to play.

“It was the music of Elton John that inspired me to play piano and sing. I remember my parents set me up in piano lessons. They usually want to teach you Royal Conservatory, but I went to the record store and found sheet music for Crocodile Rock. When my teacher saw the music, she wouldn’t teach it to me. So I quit piano and taught myself how to play.”

That rebellious little moment became the beginning of a lifelong musical journey, and the authenticity behind it is what makes the show special. Sean understands what these songs mean to the people who have carried them through their lives — and when the lights go down and the first notes ring out, the years disappear, the memories come rushing back, and suddenly everyone in the room knows the words.

What fans are saying about Electric Elton

I see a lot of these tribute shows and this one is up at the top. One of the best, most polished and overall well done shows out there. The energy they bring to the performance was over the top. Every bit of it was top notch professional. I fell in love with the dancers. If you are considering seeing this band, just do it, thank me later.
