The RnB ICONS comes in a variety of formats to suit events large and small. From a small house party to a large festival or corporate event, we are able to accommodate a wide variety of different venues and budgets.

The show is normally two 45-minute or two 60-minute sets (+ encore) but we are flexible and can configure the sets to suit your specific event schedule. We can provide an i-phone dance mix for the band break at no additional charge or if you prefer you can add-on a professional DJ to play music during cocktails, dinner, band breaks and for one hour after the show for an additional $500 + gst

Sound, Lighting & Multi-media
For clients who require production, we can provide professional sound, stage lighting, multi-media packages (projectors & screens) and technical crew to deliver, set-up, run and tear-down the show. If Moon Coin Productions is supplying sound & lighting production, we require anywhere between 2 to 5 hours for load-in, set-up and sound-check from when the stage and power are in place, depending on the size of show and venue. The client would be responsible for providing the stage and adequate power at the venue (220 range plug OR 5 separate wall circuits OR a 50 amp power drop).

Live background music over cocktails /dinner
If you would like to add touch of class and elegance to your event, you can add-on a soloist, pianist, guitarist, jazz trio or quartet to play music as guest are arriving, during cocktails and dinner.
Other services we offer include event management, staging, power generators, décor lighting, secondary PA system, MC services, videography and photography.
Booking the show:
Simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the date, location, how many people are attending your event and if you need us to provide sound & lighting production (or any other additional services). We will get back to you within 24 hours with a detailed quote.
- Private secure / lockable dressing room with 2 mirrors, 1 clothing rack, chairs, tables, clean towels, bottles of flat water, assorted juice, iced tea, coffee & tea for cast & crew.
- Access to a private washroom
- Hot dinners on show day for cast & crew at least 2 hours before show (no fast food or pasta only dishes)
- Parking at the venue for cast & crew vehicles (Including a One Ton Truck if we are providing sound and lighting production).
Travel requirements for shows outside of the Greater Vancouver area
Gas allowance required for all destinations longer than a 2 hour drive from the Greater Vancouver area
Ferry costs are required for all Vancouver Island destinations requiring ferry crossings.
For destinations longer than an 8 hour drive from the Greater Vancouver:
- Return flights from Vancouver, Canada for cast & crew
- Private ground transportation to and from airport, hotel and venue or a rental car allowance
Hotel Rooms (of at least a Holiday Inn/ 3 Star standard) are required for cast & crew for destinations more than a 90 minute drive from the Greater Vancouver area.
The cast & crew will come in the day before the show (for destinations that are a 4 + hour flight or 6 + hour drive from Vancouver) so hotel rooms would be required the night before the show as well.
