The Country Divas Show comes in a variety of formats to suit events large and small. Here are the options.

5-Piece Show: 2 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards and percussion. *Additional instrumentation on backing tracks
STAGE SIZE: 12 x 12

7-Piece Show: 2 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards, percussion and 2 dancer/ BG singers.
STAGE SIZE: 12 x 16

8-Piece Show: 2 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards, percussion, 2 dancers/ BG singers and fiddle
STAGE SIZE: 16 x 16

9-Piece Show: 2 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards, 2 dancers/ BG singers, fiddle, bass and drums
STAGE SIZE: 16 x 20

10 - Piece Show: 3 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards, 2 dancers/ BG singers, fiddle, bass and drums
STAGE SIZE: 20 x 20

Show duration

The show is normally two 45-minute sets (+ encore) but we are flexible and can configure the sets to suit your specific event schedule.


We play the biggest female Country hits from Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Jodee Messina, Juice Newton, The Dixie Chicks and more.

Sound, Lighting & Multi-media

For clients who require production, we can provide professional sound, stage lighting, multi-media packages (projectors & screens) and technical crew to deliver, set-up, run and tear-down the show. If Moon Coin Productions is supplying sound & lighting production, we require anywhere between 2 to 5 hours for load-in, set-up and sound-check from when the stage and power are in place, depending on the size of show and venue. The client would be responsible for providing the stage and adequate power at the venue (220 range plug OR 5 separate wall circuits OR a 50 amp power drop). DJ Service

As an added service, for no additional charge, we will provide an ipad playlist of upbeat Country music for the break. If you would prefer to have a DJ on site to play music and take requests over cocktails, dinner, during the band break and for an hour after the show, we can provide this service for an additional fee.

Other services

Other services we offer include Event Management, staging, power generators, d├ęcor lighting, secondary PA system, videography and Photography.

Booking the band:

Simply e-mail us at to let us know the date, location and size of your event and if you need us to provide sound & lighting production or any other additional services. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a detailed quote.

Hospitality requirements

  • Private secure / lockable dressing room with 2 mirrors, 1 clothing rack, chairs, tables, clean towels, bottles of flat water, assorted juice, iced tea, coffee & tea for cast & crew.
  • Access to a private washroom
  • Hot dinners on show day for cast & crew at least 2 hours before show (no fast food or pasta only dishes)
  • Parking at the venue for cast & crew vehicles (Including a One Ton Truck if we are providing sound and lighting production).

Travel requirements for shows outside of the Greater Vancouver area


Gas allowance required for all destinations longer than a 2 hour drive from the Greater Vancouver area
Ferry costs are required for all Vancouver Island destinations requiring ferry crossings.

For destinations longer than an 8 hour drive from the Greater Vancouver:
- Return flights from Vancouver, Canada for cast & crew
- Private ground transportation to and from airport, hotel and venue or a rental car allowance


Hotel Rooms (of at least a Holiday Inn/ 3 Star standard) are required for cast & crew for destinations more than a 90 minute drive from the Greater Vancouver area.

The cast & crew will come in the day before the show (for destinations that are a 4 + hour flight or 6 + hour drive from Vancouver) so hotel rooms would be required the night before the show as well.
