The ATARI RADIO STARZ comes in a variety of formats to suit events large and small. From a small house party to a large festival or corporate event, we are able to accommodate a wide variety of different venues and budgets.
The ATARI RADIO STARZ is available in the following formats:
5 - Piece Show: 1 male lead vocalist, 1 female lead vocalist, guitar, keyboards and drums.
Minimum Stage size: 12’ X 12’
6 - Piece Show: 1 male lead vocalist, 2 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards and drums.
Minimum Stage size: 12’ X 12’
7 - Piece Show: 1 male lead vocalist, 1 female lead vocalist, guitar, keyboards, drums and 2 dancers.
Minimum Stage size: 12’ X 16’
8 - Piece Show: 1 male lead vocalist, 2 female lead vocalist, guitar, keyboards, drums and 2 dancers.
Minimum Stage size: 16’ X 16’
9 - Piece Show: 1 male lead vocalist, 2 female lead vocalists, guitar, keyboards, drums, bass and 2 dancers.
Minimum Stage size: 16’ X 20’
The show is normally two 45 minute sets or one 90-minute concert set but we are flexible and can configure the sets to work with your specific event schedule. If you would like to extend the evening’s entertainment.

. We take song requests a minimum of 30 days prior to the show.
Sound, Lighting & Multi-media
For clients who require production, we can provide professional sound, stage lighting, multi-media packages (projectors & screens) and technical crew to deliver, set-up, run and tear-down the show. If Moon Coin Productions is supplying sound & lighting production, we require 3 to 5 hours for load-in, set-up and sound-check from when the stage and power are in place, depending on the size of show and venue. The client would be responsible for providing the stage and adequate power at the venue (220 rage plug OR 5 separate wall circuits OR a 50 amp power drop). If you are providing sound & lighting production, we would need 1 to 2 hours for set-up and sound check from when the stage and equipment are in place. 2 to 3 hours is normally required for load-out.

As an added service, for no additional charge, we will provide an ipad playlist of upbeat dance music for the break(s). If you would prefer to have a DJ on site to play music and take requests over cocktails, dinner, during the band break(s) and for an hour after the show, we can provide this service for an additional fee.
Other services we offer include Event Management, staging, power generators, décor lighting, secondary PA system, videography and Photography.
Booking the band:
Simply e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know the date, location and size of your event and if you need us to provide sound & lighting production or any other additional services. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a detailed quote.
Private secure / lockable dressing room with 2 mirrors, 1 clothing rack, chairs, tables, clean towels, bottles of
flat water, assorted juice, iced tea, coffee & tea.
Access to a private washroom
Hot dinners on show day for cast & crew at least 2 hours before show (no fast food or pasta only dishes)
Parking at the venue for cast & crew vehicles
Travel requirements for shows outside of the Greater Vancouver area
For destinations longer than an 8 hour drive from the Greater Vancouver:
Return, direct flights from Vancouver, Canada
Private ground transportation to and from airport, hotel and venue or a rental car allowance
Gas allowance required for all destinations longer than a 2 hour drive from the Greater Vancouver area
Ferry costs are required for all Vancouver Island destinations requiring ferry crossings.
Hotel Rooms (of at least a Holiday Inn/ 3 Star standard) are required for destinations more than a 90 minute drive
from the Greater Vancouver area.
The cast will come in the day before the show (for destinations that are a 4 + hour flight or 6 + hour drive from Vancouver) so hotel rooms would be required the night before the show as well.
All meals on travel days and show days or a daily meal allowance for each cast member.
